211 Ontario is a fully-integrated provincial helpline and online searchable database. Our content management system collects aggregated data for our Business Intelligence to identify needs, service gaps, and barriers to service in real-time with custom reporting.

For over 15,000 years, Indigenous people walked upon and cared for the lands we now inhabit. The traditional inhabitants of this land, on which we work and live, include the Métis Nation, Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and Wendat Confederacy. These people and many others have inhabited this land, which was used as hunting and gathering places to support families and communities.
We are grateful for the opportunity to meet, work, and live here, and we thank all the generations of people who have taken care of this land for thousands of years. We acknowledge the impact of colonization and the loss of these lands on Indigenous people.
This recognition is clearly and overtly connected to our collective commitment to make the promise and the challenge of Truth and Reconciliation real in our communities.
